What to wear for my photo session?

Please wear something you are comfortable in. Depending on the type of the session required, we will discuss what to wear, so do not worry, I will give you loads of tips. Normally for family sessions my clients prefer to wear matching outfits: blue jeans and white tops for example. If everyone is dressed in matching outfits it looks great on photographs! Use earthy and neutral tones, please avoid vivid clothing with big logos and branding visible.

What is the best time for my maternity session?

I usually do maternity sessions at the end of the second/start of your third trimester, but do not worry if you are not there yet, we will discuss all the options.

When is the best time to schedule my newborn portrait session?

For the type of work that I do, it does not really matter how old is the baby, it's more about when you feel ready and comfortable. Lifestyle session is not about posing, but I capture your new chapter of your life and your real emotions and feelings. This session can incorporate close family and grand parents! How long until I receive my photographs?

You will receive your images within 2 weeks from the date you've made your selection.

How long will my gallery last?

Your preview and final galleries are valid for 2 weeks, so you have time to select your favourite images and also download them.

Don't worry, I will remind you when the gallery is about to expire and if you need more time, we can discuss that too!

Can I get any unedited images?

Unfortunately, no. I take pride in my edit and retouch and every image is special to me. You can always purchase extra digital images that I will happily edit for you. Please avoid taking screenshots of the preview gallery, the preview photos will have my watermark on and the gallery is of lower quality not fully edited only for the purpose of selecting your final images for me to work on. If you make a screen shot and share it, it downgrades the quality of my work and will look horrible on any social media.

Where are you based and are you able to travel?

My studio is based in Rush, north county Dublin. Please contact me and we will discuss all the options for your photo session if you wish to have your photos taken outdoors. Travel charges may apply depending on the location we choose.

How to book a photo session and is there a deposit?

Please use the Contact Me form and send me a message with all the details and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Alternatively you can use my social media (Instagram or Facebook). I do require €50 deposit to secure your booking, contact me directly to pay the deposit (Revolut/Paypal). Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless I (the photographer) has to cancel the photo session. It is also non-refundable in case Covid-19 restrictions prevent us from making a photo session at a chosen date. I will be happy to reschedule your session for another day in that case.

How to reschedule my session?

I kindly ask you to let me know about a cancellation or rescheduling of your booked session minimum 48h in advance. Cancellations under 48h may cause a €50 rescheduling fee to reserve a new date. All sessions are limited, so availability can not be guaranteed if you missed your session date.

Vouchers T&C

1) Vouchers can not be exchanged to cash
2) If your voucher due date is coming to an end and you have not booked the session, please contact me in advance and we will try to figure out the best solution for you.
3) You can use the voucher to book a photo session only (no products like frames, albums etc can be purchased with your voucher)

Late to your photo session?

If you are running 15-20min late please let me know and we might need to reschedule your session for another day/time. If you are late I will leave it to my judgement if we are able to make the 1h (or longer) shoot in the time you have left off your session. If I do not have another client after your session we might extend the session for another 30mins for extra pay, please keep that in mind. Try to plan ahead and be here in time :)

How to spend my credit?

You can spend you credit on products from this specific session, you can choose to spend it on extra edited digitals, art prints, canvas or framed prints. Please note that prints and all the art work will be sent directly to you and the shipping fee will apply.

You must use the credit when finalising your gallery, as it will expire and will not be available any longer after you receive your final edited images.

Credit can not be transferred towards a new photo session and can not be refunded to you if you miss the deadline to order your extras/do not wish to order any extras.
